Trademarks​

opshell, opshell.dev, and the opshell logo are trademarks of opshell.dev. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Content IP​

  • All articles, guides, and documentation are original works owned by opshell.dev
  • Code examples and scripts are original unless attributed
  • Diagrams and architecture illustrations are original
  • Screenshots of third-party tools remain property of their respective owners

Service Delivery IP​

Custom scripts, configurations, and workflows developed during paid service engagements are licensed (not sold) to the client for their own use. Opshell retains the right to reuse general methodologies.

Member-Generated Content​

Community posts and member-shared scripts remain the IP of the member who created them. By posting in the community, members grant opshell a non-exclusive license to host and display the content.
