Site Usage​

By using opshell.dev, you agree to these terms. Content is provided for educational and implementation purposes. Users are responsible for verifying commands and scripts before running them in production environments.

Membership Terms​

  • Membership grants access to member-only content, scripts, templates, and community features
  • Membership is non-transferable
  • Content may not be redistributed outside the member area
  • Opshell reserves the right to modify content and pricing with notice

Service Terms​

  • Service agreements are defined per engagement in a separate contract
  • Payment terms are net-15 unless otherwise specified
  • Service cancellations require 30 days written notice for recurring engagements
  • Emergency support is billed at premium rates

Limitation of Liability​

Opshell provides content and services "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Opshell is not liable for damages arising from use of provided commands, scripts, configurations, or services.
